The Greey's House, Telde

La comunicación fue muy buena y nos facilitaron bastante las cosas. Fácil de aparcar, por lo menos nosotros siempre encontrábamos cerca casi en la misma puerta , el edificio aparenta ser nuevo y las instalaciones bien cuidadas.. El apartamento está muy limpio y es una zona tranquila .Nos tocó un apartamento que no era el que esperábamos porque la foto pone un balcón, no me di cuenta de ese detalle importante para mí, pero igualmente la estancia fue cómoda.

Que el apartamento no tenga ventana a la calle.

Estaba bien amueblado y equipado

La ventilación no es el punto fuerte de la casa, ya que todas las ventanas dan a una boca patio. Tuvimos que pedir un ventilador adicional, y más o menos hizo el apaño. Y algún pequeño desperfecto subsanable

Cálidad precio muy bien.El alojamiento es muy completo.

Deberían renovar el menaje de cocina

Todo en general y la buena limpieza que tenía

Beautiful newly renovated building consisting of 6 apartments on three floors. The apartment was large and had many extras in the bathroom and kitchen. There was a work desk and a very comfy large sofa bed. The host was extremely helpful and kind. There were several cafes and small restaurants nearby, the bus stops were very close and also 2 large supermarkets. A great location with a 20 to 30 minute walk downhill to the beach, easy walk back or taxis are nearby and reasonably priced. Cafes and Restaurants are also located on the beach, with lifeguards present. The beach is lovely, dark, soft sand and the sea is calm with small occasional waves. It was very quiet, without lots of tourists and really friendly, it gave me a chance to practice my Spanish.

There is some building work being undertaken nearby which won't affect you if you are out for most of the day and I am sure the works will finish soon.

The location is good, ALDI, MERCADONA and LIDL are 10 minutes away by foot. It takes half an hour to get to Playa de Melenara at a leisurely pace. The beach is excellent! Fine volcanic sand, no stones and small waves. In addition, the beach has its own microclimate, if in the city it is +20 and windy, then on the beach it is +28 and a light breeze. We swam several times a day. The apartments do not have their own parking lot, but literally 200 meters away there is a vacant lot where everyone parks their cars for free, a truck with a trailer can easily fit there. If there were any questions, the owner immediately resolved them. The apartments are some of the best we have ever stayed in, if we come again we will try to rent them again, which is not easy because they are popular and there are almost always no vacancies.
