PLVery well equipped apartment, including kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron; very good internet (we worked remotely and it worked just fine). We were able to find parking every day only 2 streets away, close to Mercadona and Lidl.
There was a renovation work both in the building and next to for the entire stay, including loud music, which was quite tiresome. The apartment is located quite far from Telde center which limits restaurants' options.

There's no air in the rooms, because you only have one window (on the main street) and there is no natural light inside. The kitchen accessories/facilities work poorly (are broken or the dishes aren't properly cleaned). The cutting board is old and leaves smell on the food. You have an extra room for drying your clothes but when it rains everything gets wet haha. Also its quite away from the main city.
GBProperty, Host, Location, Greey is a superb host, we had to stay longer due to personal emergency ,very kind of her to accept our request. Other day we were stuck , not able to get Taxi she booked taxi for us, very very helpful. Thanks very much Greey for making our stay pleasant.
