Location was perfect - very near local shops and not far from town centre and coast.

Shame about the dog poo outside the property, but irresponsible dog owners in the town is not the fault of the hosts.

The owners went out of their way to ensure we were made welcome, checking in with us to see if everything ok, do we need anything else etc. Lovely welcome present. Gave us tips on things to do and places to go. Outstanding hosts. Facilities were spotless. Comfortable. Felt very homely. Walking distance to the sea front and facilities. Highly recommend and will look to book again next time we come to Margate.

"A home from a home!"

A fantastic holiday rental one of the best that we have stayed in and fantastic for families everything is there that you need which just makes life a bit easier when travelling with kids. The property is very nicely decorated and clean to high standard you can see the owners have put a lot of love and time into it. Kitchen with everything you need, very good shower system nice and hot and a modern heating system. Locations is excellent just up for the road from the beach and then you can walk down to the main sands and Dreamland, supermarkets close by etc Ryan is the best host that we have had on booking.com by far excellent communication always making sure we've got everything that we need on hand if we need him. Overall a lovely experience and credit to the owners lovely place to stay perfect for families and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you

"Perfect for our needs"

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We found street parking each time without issue. We needed somewhere with a washing machine and cooking facilities so that was perfect.

The hosts contacted me some time prior to arrival to find out what preferences we had for the arrangement of the house so the rooms were set up to our specifications. We had a welcome pack on arrival and very good communication with the hosts during our visit. Their recommendations for places to see were very helpful. The house was small but well appointed and we had everything we needed
