Great view. Nicely curated space .... bathroom is fab. Shower was great. Good location for nearby Hay on Wye.

It was freezing cold when we arrived with no heating on, not very welcoming. Mattress on double bed was concave and very uncomfortable. Unable to get TV to work, no instructions. No extractor in kitchen which isn't great in an open plan space. Decking needs maintenance. A lot of barking dogs in adjacent property.

Comfortable and stylish. Well equipped. Parking and only 15 minutes from Hay-On-Wye. Lots of natural light and also heats up very quickly. The owner was also very responsive, which was great.

The bedroom accessed via a walkway. It’s only moments from the house but the walkway isn’t covered and the rain was biblical.

"Superb"

The Property was in a really tucked away location, with plenty of covered seating in the covered veranda outside along with a firepit. The kitchen was very well equiped and the spacious living/dining area was perfect for group chats and giggles in the evening.
