2 Bedroom, free parking & Netflix near hospitals

The location was excellent,away from city centre so you can jump in to car and go anywhere at any time without facing Aberdeen traffic. Spacious 2 bed apartment amd good value for the price.

Police,ambulance and fire engines going past on N.A drive constantly with sirens on,but it was during the day and it is one of the citys main roads sk thats ok.

We had everything we needed for a family of four. Overall it was ok for the price paid.

The area is not that appealing, but we did not have any problems during our stay. We got notified that we needed to pay a damage bond the day we were to check in, and had issues paying using our debit card. We made a bank transfer for the bond and it took nearly a week to be refunded.

I contacted the host a few times on general queries and he always came back to us quickly. Breakfast was not included but the host left us with milk, juice cereal etc which was a lovely surprise

Booked this for engineers working away. Please be advised - the photos on booking.com DO NOT match the property. The property photos look like the bedroom floor is stained hardwood, IT ISNT. The floor is extremely dirty and scraped plywood with no carpet. The exterior of the flats is horrendous. I would have not booked this if the photos had been true, the flats looked like they should be demolished and not welcoming at all (Host also agreed with this). Our engineers did not feel safe here, nor did they feel safe leaving their work van outside. Up on entering the flat itself, the extreme smell of cannabis throughout was so strong. I'd avoid this at all costs and have even refused to book any other flats from Aberdeen Apartments due to the owner not being helpful at all in the situation. Currently awaiting refund from booking.com as our guys had to stay elsewhere due to the area, the cleanliness and the smell of the property. DO not book.

No use for me too many steps which I think should be mentioned in the description maybe I should of asked but it usually says there are a lot of steps not suitable for the elderly

I liked the location of the apartment. There was lots of free parking, we were able to collect the keys at any time to suit us. We were very comfortable.

The cleanliness and range of amenities available for the price.

Nothing to be disliked. It was an amazing stay!!
