"Good memorable stay"

Good location. Staff were incredibly attentive. Made my stay very special for me. Swimming pool is clean and a bonus. Food was beautiful and plenty of good size portions. If you want to change anything, they will accommodate you. Rooms were big and wel cleaned everyday. Balcony has a shade. Really nice place. Massages are worth it. I had 2 during my stay worth the money, the ladies are lovely. You are received and dropped off at the harbour by lovely, lovely staff members. Thanks for a brilliant, memorable stay

El personal fue amable, excepto una chica de recepción que no parecía que tuviese muchas ganas de estar ahí. La ubicación es buena

La comunicación previa a la llegada fue horrible, les escribía para reservar una noche más antes de llegar y no respondían incluso leyendo los mensajes. La habitación que nos dieron estaba muy sucia, tenía humedades por las paredes y olía muy mal, nos cambiaron a otra un poco mejor pero el colchón se te clavaba por todo el cuerpo. Yo no repetiría ni lo recomendaría.

Staff and people around were all nice, friendly and helpful.

I went with my infant. She was only 1+ at that time. When I wanted to heat food or if I wanted food according to my daughter's need then that becomes difficult.

I never had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Took spa service and it was kind a okay but not very pleasant experience.

This is my second stay in this hotel. In both occasions we had similar set of problems. 1. Birth tub is there for a name. It doesn’t work. 2. Jacuzzi didn’t work first trip but second trip it was okay but water seems contaminated or it is was not hygienically maintained. 3. Food was horrible in both occasions. 4. Staffs are too confused sometimes.

Everything is perfect for a budget hotel. Staff is very attentive, especially Yusuf at the kitchen. Food is good. Water sports/ excursion is affordable at the hotel. They can arrange and custom it for you.

No beach view, but close enough to bikini beach. The bed is not really comfortable, but it was okay.
