Triton Beach Hotel & Spa

We paid for upgrade to Triton Prestige. Reviews are about Prestige. Staff made our stay wonderful. They suggested how they could improve our stay - opening room door for us so aircon could run while we were out. Initially we were booked into Triton Beach and Spa, they said we could have breakfast at Prestige instead, which we did. They were always ready to help and did so. Nothing was any trouble. They went above and beyond with a smile. They brought us water, cups of tea and coffee without being asked.

Nothing. There was even regular sweeping for sand that was brought inside.

Staff is great. Airport boat/golf cart transfer was good. On arrival you get a drink and a wet towel. Tours are good value. Variety in a fairly good breakfast. Room comfortable.

Not right on the beach.

The staff and how they were working is exceptional. They were so nice, kind and helpful, they offered good activities but they didn't force it. They also arranged our transfer to another island. We've gotten bed decoration and we were entitled by the staff. The location was great and that we could have entered from two streets made easier when we missed the main entrance. The juices were good and the meal portions were completely fine. We're waiting to see you again! :) Please keep up the good work, the attitude and warm welcome what you showed us is outstanding!

Sometimes the meal taste wasn't met with our expectations but besides that they were good. So we've eaten everything when we had time to do it besides the programs :D

The location of the place is good, In the part of the island where is the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was okay, always fresh fruits and fresh omlet when requested. The people working there have been really helpfull and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. Our flight was like 6 hours after check out but they have let us use a special room with bathroom after check out so we had the chance to spend the day on the beach and shower before the flight.

In the description of the place it says that the hotel is on the first line of the beach, but it is actually not on the first line on either Bikini or No bikini beach. The good thing is that they provide sunbeds for the Bikini beach if you request it but no umbrella which is a bummer. You can get a free sunbed and umbrela from the shop on the beach when you buy drinks from them. Also the room is very small. There is a lot of noise from the street. I also saw a lot of complains about a smell in the room when they are cooking but we didn`t experience it.

When I arrived I was very emotional due to a bad time at customs. I never stay in hotels as I'm a budget traveller but with no hostels on the Island I had no other choice. Despite my emotional arrival and feeling all over the place, I was greeted very nicely with a cold flannel and a beautiful welcome drink (this really felt like I had treated myself) I know it can be a little overwhelming when a guest arrives emotional - like what to do? So with that I want to say a massive THANK you to Sachin who made me feel very relaxed, he didn't push for questions & his approach was very much appreciated during that time. I arrived to my room and it was very clean, fresh, great Ac - only down side was the view of the construction site but I soon got over it. Loved that the TV had some channels I could watch a film on, and the wifi was good meaning I could work comfortably from my room. Room service was great, loved the little jars of coffee. Everyone at Triton were so so friendly, as a solo traveller it meant alot to me that they were happy for me to just sit and chill with them, they gave very hostel feels! Everyone - hats off to you. I appreciate you all so much. Due to my work commitments it meant I was limited on the activities I could participate on, my last dayy being the only full day I have off - and I really wanted to swim with some turtles! They were able to squeeze in my time to ensure I not only made the diving trip but also get me a shower for when I arrived ready in time for my flight Transfer. Amazing service. Will miss you all so much.

Breakfast could have been a little more accommodating for vegetarians- wasn't very exciting.
