The staff are 5star. They really go out of their way to help you. Value for money was great too. Location is good. But the trips were cheaper than anywhere else and absolutely fantastic

The towels and bedding need upgrading. Better coffee at breakfast is needed. The construction next door is a bit annoying.

The location is perfect with shops and restaurants around as well as close to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The building is a bit old. Furniture inside the rooms, lounge and restaurant are outdated.

The staff were very nice (especially at the dining area) throughout my family stay. We had comfortable stay in the hotel room and very close to shops nearby.The kitchen crew is really helpful. Food was good. I would recommend my friend and others to stay there.

It's in a good location for both sides of the island. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Good size room.

Our room 107 was next to 3 air con units, and on the first floor by an ally were building work was taking place so was noisy. Also, it had a communal kitchen outside where people got the water from a noisy pump. Also, the cleaner put all his bedding there in the morning, making a noise. Room 108 would have the same problem.

The hotel did not meet my expectations though the atmosphere on the island contributes a lot to a pleasant stay, rather than the hotel itself. Staff try to cope with their duties and sometimes succeed. The place is clean and room service is done every day. Hotel offers good rates for sport activities. No mosquitos in the room.

On booking.com I made a reservation for three people only to be offered two triple rooms. After long conversations, I made them aware of the wrong settings they probably have on the website and I was finally convinced to book only one. Once I reached the hotel for vacation, I received a double room with an extra bed. For the staff, a triple room and even a quadruple room are the same as a double room to which they add one or two more beds. I have seen in the hotel a triple room with three proper beds which due to the setting and the size of the beds could be called a triple room. The room I received, though the same size as the triple, had only a double bed and an extra tiny bed, and the bad positioning of the beds in the room made the entire room look crowded. I informed the staff about it, but they did not do anything, only acknowledging my complaint. The room is definitely not soundproof; it is actually the opposite and with the constructions going on around the building, expect noise from 5 AM to 10 PM. Expect mosquitos in the breakfast area due to a swimming pool places nearby so use a repellent before eating. Breakfast is quite poor for European taste.
