USIt had two bedrooms.
No HVAC. No Dryer. Headboard falling apart, not well painted, water damage on walls and ceiling, doors don’t close properly. You can hear all the noise coming from the hallway outside. The safe was closed so we couldn’t use it. The building was very difficult to find as the address number is not displayed. The building is not well lit. This place is more like a Motel 6 at best!

KEWe had an excellent sea view on our first and 2nd apartment. The family suite at the hotel was exceptional. Great view from the 3rd floor roof top (spa area). We could see the Table Mountain on one side and the ocean on the other side.
The first apartment had a bit of dated furniture and could use a facelift. The beds were a bit shorter than usual... The renovation was a bit of an inconvenience given that we had to walk a considerable distance to get to the breakfast area.
