there was no mention during booking that the hotel was being renovated. There were 3 restaurants that were closed and and a lot of dust.
AEAEMiscommunication for the Laundary and even the 20% extra charges was charged from me otherwise I would have missed my laundry in Capetown.

The noise levels [from staff] late at night and early morning. While I understand that they are on duty, they talk very loud in the passages. The hotel is also busy with renovations so the restaurants with the nice views were closed. We had to eat in a conference area far away from the view. This wasn't communicated when I booked my room.
