Tenda troppo rumorosa con il vento e piena di buchi da cui entra aria e a detta dello staff anche serpenti. Troppo caro. Lontano dall’Etosha

Tents a bit dull, could use a bit colour and TLC Dinner was really not good

действительно отличными. Отдельное спасибо персоналу ресторана, рецепции и уборки — все были очень доброжелательны, внимательны и профессиональны. Весь остальной персонал — просто замечательный!

К сожалению, общее впечатление было испорчено из-за крайне неприятной ситуации с главным менеджером Кристофером. Мы пытались забронировать и оплатить онлайн дополнительный номер, и в ответ столкнулись с агрессивным, недопустимым поведением — менеджер начал кричать (это было по телефону и по всей видимости он был пьян). Такой тон и отношение совершенно неприемлемы, особенно по отношению к гостям, которые заняли сразу несколько номеров и старались действовать открыто и корректно. Также стоит учитывать, что ночи в лодже могут быть довольно неспокойными — при сильном ветре тенты сильно трясутся, и это мешает спать.

The lodge was beautiful. 45mins drive to Etosha south gate. Nice and polite staff. The surroundings.

It was pretty freezing in the spa during the massage. The barbecue was nice, however dinner served from 7pm. We arrived at 8pm and everything was so cold. Couldn't really enjoy

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The food was good and plentiful for such a remote location. The tent, including the facilities, was very clean and refreshed twice a day. The tour gides are very knowleageble and eager to answer your questions. Lots of wild life roams arround, you can enjoy watching from your tent balcony. I want to give special thanks to Teresa - front desk, Waka and Jona - tour gides, Lydia - restaurant/bar . You all made my stay memorable and so relaxing.
