Very friendly staff, good tents

Below avg quality food, WiFi poor, too expensive for what you got, limited wildlife in private reserve

Staff were great.

There need to be better systems to communicate between both camps. We set up a massage and lunch and the person we organized with totally forgot. The staff need better training at hiw to accommodate needs of guests

Breakfast and dinner were excellent = excellent chefs. All staff were very friendly and professional.

Perhaps a little dark in the rooms. One brighter light would be an idea for people with poorer eyesight.

The food could be better as more dietary options could be available, there could be wifi around the resort & shower gels can be refilled more often when the cleaning staff do the daily cleaning.

Stunning lodge on a private game reserve. We had a great few days winding down at the pool after Etosha. The pool & terrace are directly next to a waterhole. We had giraffes and baboons visit. Great to see!

We particularly loved the beauty of the place, the comfort of the bedding, the attentiveness, and the warm welcome from the staff who go out of their way to ensure our comfort. Special mention to the chef, who takes the time and care to ask us how the meal is each evening, and especially to Vanessa, who was extremely kind and with whom we loved chatting. We will be back!
