Its location was right where we needed to be
We had booked specifically as we were taking part in the great south run and although they offer late check out we were not able to and had to take all our luggage with us to the run, this wasn’t good

Location between Southsea's main street and the beach was nigh on perfect. Beds were comfortable too. Clear instruction on how to get in helped.
Parking was a bit of a nightmare, but that's a Southsea issue, not one the property can own. It would have been good to have some basic washing up kit; not normally something you take with you for three nights
