the property of the house is not in good condition and some even broken when we checked in, and the landlord charged us for the maintenance fee that we totally don’t know about it. He blackmailed us by not giving back our things, it should be a trap.

No breakfast provided. Location 8 min walk uphill from train station. Nice stove top and ovens.

Lots of broken crockery. Not enough glasses, silverware. Only one dustbin in house. None in bathrooms. No mirror in downstairs bathroom. Tiny refrigerator with only one shelf. Not enough information on how to use/ turn on TV. Not enough info on Penzance- maps, where stores, restaurants are located with opening times and phones. Info on bus schedules. Info on local area sites.

Location was perfect, close to town, buses, places to eat and a park for quick dog walk. I information folder was very helpful. House was clean and contained everything we needed and more.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

It was clean and welcoming. It worked well for our family of six for a one night stay.

There was no parking anywhere near the house, so we had to park at the carpark about a 7 minute walk away. The mattresses were uncomfortable.

It's a bit of a walk from the city center and restaurants, but the surroundings are nice, quiet and safe. The public space on the first floor is very large, and there is a warm feeling of home when living in. The host is very enthusiastic and responds to messages promptly and resolves issues.

The house looks old, although it has all the necessary facilities, there is a lot of dust, and there are cobwebs in some places.
