We had a lovely time .Caravan was clean and in good condition. Location was great, close to the beach and Clacton Pier. This was our first caravan experience and we enjoyed it. Kids spent the time there with other kids.

It was surface clean that is all im trying to file a complaint as it was so bad. Missing wires for Internet, blood on duvet, cup left with moldy milk, top step into caravan wobbly, bathroom floor sinking ,dust, moldy curtains , hard bed , 1 bed was just spings in mattresses no comfort at all. Had to stay elsewhere as my son couldn't sleep there due to mold

Was a very comfortable stay.

For future stays. Long staying would work better with a little fridge freezer. A small washing line would really help. A mop bucket and broom, to help keep tidy. We had trouble connecting to WiFi couldn't connect.
