A luxury 2 bedroom apartment with 2 free parking

Very comfortable, parking is great handy walk to Dockside. Loved having 2 bathrooms.

We didn't hear from our host all day when messaging regarding our arrival which made us nervous but it was all ok in the end.

First of all, we appreciated that our host, Michael, met us at an agreed time to show us around the apartment, explained how certain appliances worked, gave directions to a local grocery store and explained the parking procedure. We have rented apartments around the world and have experienced empty lock boxes and landlords that could not be reached. Michael was a nice throwback to an age of personal service. The apartment was as described. It was very clean and fully stocked. The furniture was comfortable and perfectly aligned with a 50+ inch new TV. The apartment is nicely located. Grocery store, restaurant and pubs within a ten minute walk. The Historic Dockyard is another ten minutes away. I would highly recommend Michael’s Chatham apartment.

Having two bathrooms and two parking spaces was handy.

The camera on the door, felt privacy invaded. Having to meet the person and shown round is not what I want after a long journey and wouldn’t choose a property with this again, a lock box or so is needed. As a lone female before friends arrived it felt uneasy. Balcony door smashed and not advised beforehand, busy noisy road outside bedrooms. Curtains let light through. No tv in bedrooms.

We felt a welcome pack of tea/ milk might have been a nice touch as we didn't know area or where a local shop was

It was clean and light, and in a good location.

Host did not turn up to let us in and sent someone else. We waited outside the property for around 45 minutes. The balcony glass was shattered. There was no TV signal either through the aerial or the sky box. There were only two cups in the property between 4 adults so we had to take it in turns to have a cup of tea!!!

Great location, super clean and great furnishings - had everything we needed - thorough check in and really enjoyed our stay here.
