A luxury 2 bedroom apartment with 2 free parking

Apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Just a short walk along the dockside to multiple shops, bars and restaurants.

Traffic noise is high even with double glazing because its right next to the A289. Balcony is a nice feature but noise and view of the adjacent dual carriageway means its not a very nice place to sit.

High quality fittings and excellent design and layout of rooms Good parking and location with easy access to Dockside shopping centre for many restaurants as well as all 5 Medway Towns with easy access to M2 London or Dover bound ongoing routes including M25

Facilities where amazing the place was spotless, and was walking distant from pubs and restaurants

Spacious property in good location. Felt safe. Ample parking. Quiet and comfortable.

Bed and shower in en-suite were on the smaller side.

not a lot

this is not a luxury appartment by a very long stretch, the guy who owns that place firstly is incredibly arrogant and rude. this is a basic appartment filled with cheap furnishings, not the cleanest.the appartment block is filled with students, incredibly noisey and miles from any facilities, there was leaking waste water on the 1 side of the carpark going everywhere, there is 1 parking space the second is a visitor space so if its full you are out of luck.......its by a very busy road so super noisy...........key and fob left as requested and the guy informed the front door would not lock, he said he was on his way there at 0800 at 2200 he accused me of not leaving the key after i told him how bad his place was and expected me to beleive he left it open all day.........i had to block him in the end as i had had enough of him
