Location was excellent, as was the quality of the bedding.

The shower didn’t work well and pulsed water out rather than it being in a continuous stream. The TV was ancient and the whole place felt utilitarian and designed to be easy to clean. A few decent pictures on the wall and some soft furnishings would help to make it feel a more comfortable place to stay.

Shower was sub standard, think it was a camping shower! The water spat out and regulation of heat was horrible.

It was a great location and accommodation for two people. The property is located at the bottom end of the Royal Mile.

It was easy to use the code and get the keys out of the lock box

I put the address into my google maps and it took me someplace else entirely up on Canongate. You need to have photos showing that it's right next to the Holyrood Gift Shop so people can put THAT in their maps and find it. I took an hour going up and down the hill/royal mile trying to find it until I watched the video 3x and saw the gift shop next to it. The contact was kind of rude, when I told him I couldn't find it he said, "watch the video"...that's it. I've never been to Edinburgh before, I don't know where Holyrood Palace is in relation to anything, I'd just arrived. He and you should just give some landmarks that are nearby, like the gift shop. His video goes waayy too fast and he says "Holyrood is over there". "Arthurs seat is over there" and he points the video quickly. People have never been to the city, have no idea where you're pointing to.

Great location, clean and comfy apartment with all the facilities one needs

The TV didn't work properly but we could listen to the radio. Not an issue for me but I could be for other guests

The location was excellent, and flat itself great. The property had a functional layout, and all the facilities were in great condition. It was quiet and safe.

We had to figure out how to use the shower, it was hot or warm water only in the beginning, reading the manual helped.

Well located, cosy and comfortable.
