Stunning 1 Bed at Holyrood Palace & Arthurs Seat

Location excellent - opposite Holyrood Palace and Scottish Parliament. 10 mins walk into town and bus stop opposite

It's comfortable rather than luxury but we knew that when we booked. It had everything we needed - everything worked, access was easy.

The communication was great, although I would prefer to see the check-in video before paying for the apartment, it reveals some of the drawbacks (like the shower) I wouldn't want to experience. Location was good.

Few working outlets (none in the bedroom), the shower wasn't functioning properly: shower head was leaking, warm water was pumped, making inconsistent flow of water.

The apartment was very nice and very clean and spacious. Location was great.

There was no water pressure in the shower and it was difficult to regulate the water temperature. It was either very hot or very cold.

Excellent location at bottom of Royal Mile, right by Arthur’s Seat (which I climbed). Spacious apartment, lots of storage.

Could use more pillows and drinking glasses (only wine glasses). Overall great.

We were able to check in early, which was a bonus. The property was clean and warm. It was a bit of a walk out from town, but that suited us and there was a regular bus service right outside.

We felt the flat was missing a few basics (washing up liquid, tea, coffee, kitchen roll) which we would have expected for the price we paid.
