"Great location. Quirky property with bags of character. Bedroom second floor and bathroom groundfloor but you know this"

Quirky property with lots of character. Very well furnished. Loved the into gift. Great location 2 minutes if that from beach.

Outside of direct control but Albion pub very very loud music Friday and Saturday nights til gone 11pm. Due to property age no double glazing so music comes through easily

The quirkiness and decor

It was very close to a public house which got very busy Friday and Saturday nights but the noise did stop at 12 midnight

Beautifully furnished, we loved the sitting room. Its central position was perfect for us, Cromer is a wonderful town.

The bedroom was on the second floor and the bathroom on the ground floor

The whole house was lovely, the kitchen was extremely functional while being cosy looking. The closeness to the beach was smashing!

"Really enjoyable and cosy stay, lot's of character in the property and a really great location."

Location was excellent - a minute's walk to the beach and really close to the town and amenities such as pubs, restaurants and other shops.

The bathroom being on the ground floor and the bedroom being on the third floor wasn't ideal, but we knew that was the case when we booked and teh quirky nature of the property made up for it.
