IMPORTANT: Check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. After 7:30 p.m., as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged for key collection. Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed the online check-in (otherwise, the reservation will be considered a no-show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours for check-in (until 7:00 p.m.). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the cardholder of the credit card used for the booking, please contact the property in advance. Please note that an additional charge of €30 applies for check-in after 7:30 p.m. or on Sundays and public holidays. The seasonal outdoor pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Tue, Sep 15, 2026 until Tue, Jun 15, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

Большая квартира, до моря 500м. Чисто в квартире. Пляж с левой стороны каменистый, с правой > песчаный.

Конфликт начался с момента получения ключей. Хотят дополнительных денег на каждом этапе. Часы заселения это 17.00-19.00. Если вы приедете раньше или позже > готовьте плюс 30€. Потребовали в офисе 200€ залог за ключи. Впервые такое в Испании! Гарантии отдать их назад— нет. На отказ платить>> сделали конфликт и угрожали вызывать милицию и выгоняли из офиса, хотя мы на букинге за неделю пребывания заплатили заранее полную стоимость 600€. Чтобы принесли ключи клиенту на адрес проживания— 20€. Чтобы пользоваться кондиционером и интернетом— дополнительная плата. В квартире очень плохая звукоизоляция и жалюзи не работают. Так что вы будете с освещением и музыкой от ночных клубов и главной дороги до 2 ночи. Потом с 6 утра вас разбудят мусоровозы. В общем, отдохнуть и поспать вам не удастся. Лейка душа сломана. Вода стекает в ванной плохо. Печка постоянно блокировалась и практически невозможно было что-то приготовить. Мы приехали на отдых, а получили нервный срыв в первый день и пришлось покинуть на 1 день ранее проживание, чтобы в рабочие часы офиса требовать деньги (залог а ключи 200€) обратно. Худший опыт общения с офисом в моей истории путешествий. Категорически не рекомендую! Обходите стороной все предложения компании «Fincas Arena“ по аренде жилья.

a parte le dimensioni di camere e bagno che per il costo sono anche giuste, l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione interna sopratutto per quanto riguarda porte e bagno
