There was no shampoo, conditioner etc only 1 towel was provided, The breakfast was mostly over at 8:45 and no effort was made to refill. There was no water in the pool. The pot was unclean with stain marks. The villa was 500 meter away from reception desk and breakfast area , which is totally unacceptable. So, I decided to leave the property 1 day early even though booking.com did not refund my 1 day. This was far below my expectation.

Excellent stay! The hotel is well located , making it perfect for business visits. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was very polite and always ready to help. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.
