"Amazing views, cozy apartment, not a great location for moving around."

The unobstructed panoramic view from the balcony is amazing. Very unique in Manila to be able to see the city, sky and the sea. The apartment is tiny but functional and clean with an easy access. WiFi works well.

The apartment, the building and the area itself seems worn out. The Venice Mall is like a maze from a fantasy land of a person with dementia, not a user friendly place with hardly any attractive shops. Getting a ride in this particular point of BGC takes forever.

The place was spacious, nice and clean. It had a great view of the Venezian Canal at night. The staff was helpful and the I received instructions on checking in and checking out very promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will keep this place in mind for another stay. Cheers!
