nJoy! BOHO Luxury at Venice Grand Canal

Great location. Great host and very responsive. The room was clean, cosy and welcoming. Great view of the Venice lake. Quick access to the shops with lots of varieties, local cinema was a plus.

Everything was great!

The Airbnb was very comfortable and near all attractions I wished to visit. Because my flight home was late in the evening and my checkout was early, the owner of the condo allowed me to secure my luggage in the apartment for a few hours till I had lunch and then caught a taxi to the airport.

The front desk was not very helpful. They did not seem to know much about the apt that I rented. I asked them if I could secure my luggage in the lobby locked closest till I went for lunch and they refused. This was a problem for I could not take my luggage into the Grand Canal Mall with me while getting lunch. Had to call the owner of my condo and ask if I could leave my luggage in my room for a couple of hours and they agreed. Thank God for this kind gesture. Also I had a few insect problems(roaches). I found 5 roaches crawling around the bathroom only. Apt needs to be sprayed for bugs.

Very accessible with everything you need. The unit is clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were able to celebrate new year wonderfully! Thank you for a hassle-free service!

I did like the location, and the flat was as described, equipped with all you need.

Reception personnel are very stiff, not smiling, not friendly, and if you have a request, all answers are NO SIR, WE CAN'T. But this has nothing to do with the rent...what i didn't like at the flat, the TV is useless, the owner account was logged out, so we couldn't use it, no regular tv chanels, i didn't preferred to use my accounts, we should be able to have some tv chanels.
