The location is exceptional. Lovely sea view from the balcony and minutes from the beach and all the restaurants

There was not a separate bedroom just a cordined off sleeping area. The apartment is quite basic but the location makes up for that

Fantastic balcony view is definitely the main attraction; perfect location close to the beach and shopping centres. The apartment is quite well equipped, although requires some renovation. All the little things needed for a vacation were there, even a small beach towel and an umbrella. Optical internet with fast and very stable connection. A sliding awning protects from the hot sun in the evening. The key was easily accessible.

It's quite a shame but the flaws are all the same as in other reviews. And since the owners haven't done anything about it at least for the last year, it's already a huge flaw. Namely: the fuse constantly turns off the electricity, and it's quite difficult to calculate the heating time of the boiler so as not to be left without any lighting in the evening; cockroaches in the kitchen; mold in the bathroom. We were also off the peak season and the apartment was for sure uninhabited for quite a time before our arrival (the fridge and the water heater were off and room temperature). But when we kindly asked if we can stay for a couple of hours longer that official quite early 10:00 chekout time, we... just got no answer at all, though our WhatsApp message was well read. It is usually better to be refused rather than to be ignored...

Egyszerű, régi apartman, de jól felszerelt és szuper az elhelyezkedése: közel a part, rengeteg bolt, étterem, buszmegállók (több reptéri, Las Palmasba tartó, Mogánba, Puerto Ricóba) találhatók pár lépésre. Jól felszerelt konyha (2 féle kávéfőző, nagy hűtő, kenyérpirító vízforraló, mosogatószer stb.). Gyors és gördülékeny kommunikáció a szállásadóval WhatsAppon keresztül. A kulcsátvételhez szükséges kódot a bejelentkezés reggelén kaptunk meg WhatsApp on. Medence, kávé és nasi automaták illetve csocsóasztal és egy thai étterem is található az épüleben. Gyönyörű, partra/dűnékre néző kilátás az erkélyről. Van ruhaszaritó is az erkélyen, mosógép, felmosó szett, légkondi, tv, jól működő wifi. 2 főnek kényelmes.

Főleg esténként, ha túlterhelt az elektromos hálózat, akkor egyszerre csak dolgot lehet bekapcsolni. Vagy légkondi vagy mosógép vagy főzőlap. Máskülönben 5 másodpercenként lecsapja a hálózatot.

La ubicación es excelente, las vistas hermosas y el departamento es cómodo.

Deberían fumigar ya que en la cocina vimos varias cucarachitas pequeñas y una grande.

La ubicación, casi a pie de playa, comodidad, y multiples servicios, cocina aire acondicionado, etc.... En general bien, la calidad/precio aceptable.

Los electrodomésticos de alta potencia había que usarlos de uno en uno, aunque a nosotros no nos importó mucho, ya que hicimos poca vida en el apartamento. Y posiblemente la higiene era mejorable.
