Notre chambre se trouvait près du Patio: mauvaise insonorisation. Tous les bruits s’entendent depuis notre chambre (conversations dans le Patio, bruits d’oiseaux toutes les nuits à 5h du matin). Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain après chaque douche. Les excursions proposées par le Riad sont très coûteuses (600DH pour une excursion de 3h dans la Médina). Stunning Riad in the middle of the Medina. Everything was beautiful, gorgeous roof terraces and the pool was lovely. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, loved the amount of coffee available at breakfast!

The Riad is in the city, so you can’t walk around alone. You get lost

A fantastic location, an extremely peaceful and relaxing pool terrace, delicious breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, a rooftop terrace with amazing views... Every corner of the hotel is photogenic. Attentive and helpful staff... Staying here is truly a unique and wonderful experience! We highly recommend it... You might have difficulty finding the hotel's location in the narrow streets of the Medina. Therefore, request assistance and support from hotel staff for transfers before your arrival. P.S.: We would like to especially thank Ibrahim from the restaurant staff for his attentiveness and assistance. My son Atlas still remembers him and we want to send him our regards... :)

On June 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., 1,000 dirhams went missing from my room while we were at the hotel pool. When confronted, the hotel manager was rude, refusing to check the cameras that monitor the common areas (which he claimed didn’t exist), and immediately shifting the blame, saying we should have put the money in the safe. Surprise: the in-room safe doesn’t work. The way we were treated during this incident was not intended to reassure or support us. On the contrary, this man’s sole objective was to protect himself, even though no accusations had been made. A regrettable experience in an area known for harassment of visitors, where the room was dirty upon our arrival, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre, if not downright bad. Not worth remembering, and definitely not worth returning to.
