Hotel & Spa Dar Bensouda

Historical palace with stunning typical architecture. Staff was super nice and willing to help with anything we needed. Everything was just perfect, you feel like in an oasis amidst the chaos of the Medina. Food was great, dinner is recommended.

The surroundings are a bit sketchy, especially in the evening.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Dar Bensouda à Fès. Le riad est absolument magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et fidèle au charme marocain. Le personnel est exceptionnel : accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et très bien équipées. La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur la médina, idéale pour se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, avec des produits locaux de qualité. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et espérons y revenir un jour !

The most wonderful hotel and service. The room was beautiful as was the whole establishment. It felt like a tranquil escape in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. Aziz the porter was super! So lovely and funny and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to other people, in fact I already have recommended it. I would also gladly come back for a spa escape.

Eski bir riada konaklamak çok hoş bir deneyimdi,

Fakat bu güzel riadın içinde kalırken verilen hizmetinde o deneyimi güzelleştirmesi gerekirdi. Kahvaltı kötüydü, restaurantta çalışanların hizmetide bence bir o kadar kötüydü. Siparişi verebileceğim bir garson bile zor buluyordum ortada ve yediğimiz yemek verilen hizmete karşılım değildi…. Akşam yemediğinde tatlı siparişi cerdik ve portakalın üstüne sadece bir tarçın koyum önümüze getirdiler bu verdilleri tatlıyı “sözde” bir de sabah kahvaltısında açık büfeye koymuşlardı… ilginç geldi.. verdiğimiz fiyata değmediğini düşünüyorum…
