Fantastic Riad. Amazing building. Brilliant staff (thanks Ousama!). Lovely courtyard and pool.

Our room (No 14) was unfortunately right next to the kitchen, and a main walkway. The staff did their best to minimise noise but if you’re going to bed early or staying in bed late, expect challenges! Also the room has windows backing onto the public alleyway of the medina. There were some late night construction works going on.

Our stay at Dar Bensouda was truly comfortable and matched exactly what was shown in the pictures — no surprises, just as advertised. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. The restaurant is a definite highlight. The food was really good, and dining on the quiet terrace overlooking the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Gebäude, wunderschöne Dachterasse zum Verweilen, das Restaurant und das frühstück sind einem schönen innenhof, sehr nettes Personal. Schön in mitten der Medina gelegen.

Man muss einfach wissen, dass man recht lange durch die Gassen der Medina laufen muss, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Falls man nicht gut zu Fuss ist.

The hotel where my family and I stayed for three nights was truly one of the best experiences of our lives. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the historic city of Fes with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Yassine was exceptional, and so were the rest of the staff — highly experienced, professional, and extremely respectful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Magnifique. Le Riad est très beau. On est au calme. La chambre très bien décorée et propre. Le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine est un délice.

Hotel stupendo nella Medina non facilissimo da trovare. Camere bellissime, servizi ottimi. Super colazione e volendo anche ottima cena. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo Hammam e massaggi. Lo consiglio.

Un po’ difficile da trovare all’interno del labirinto della Medina

Riad magnifique en plein cœur de la médina. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous et a grandement facilité notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und durch das Gebäude geführt. Es gibt einen erfrischenden Pool, einen gemütlichen Bereich zum Essen und eine große Dachterasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher (super weich!) und Wasser bekommen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück wurde ab 8 Uhr am Platz serviert (Brot, Gebäck, Marmelade, Frischkäse, Orangensaft, Tee, Kaffee, ..) - man wird definitiv satt und es schmeckte sehr lecker. Der Service ist hervorragend. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
