Please note that we do not have a private parking, but we have a preferential agreement with the Kleber Parking located at 656 feet from the property. Please note that during Christmas Market, it is not possible to reach the Kleber Parking as it is closed during this period. You can park at P+R Rotonde, P+R Elsau, P+R Baggersee and reach out hotel with the Tram. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Un bel hôtel bien situé mais pas du tout pratique si l'on se déplace en voiture"

La dimension de la chambre et son équipement correspondaient à la description. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant Le placement de l'hôtel est en plein centre ce qui permet de faire la majorité des visites à pied.

L'hôtel annonce disposer d'un parking ce qui est faux. Il y a un accord avec un parking privé proche (INDIGO KLEBER), où aucune place n'est réservée pour l'hôtel ; l'accord prévoit une petite réduction pour les clients de l'hôtel mais le prix reste rédhibitoire. J'ai ainsi payé 84 € pour un emplacement du jour J à 16h au jour J+3 à 8h (64 h). Enfin ce parking est à 200m de l'hôtel ce qui n'est pas simple pour le transport des bagages. Le personnel à l'arrivée de l'établissement n'est pas constant dans la qualité l'accueil. La responsable le 18/06 à 16h ne nous a même pas salué et a laissé la stagiaire se débrouiller avec notre enregistrement ; cette dernière a été particulièrement engagée et courtoise.

Tout était très bien, la chambre très confortable, calme et très bien situé. Personnel, très serviable.

Peut être un peu plus de choix au Petit déjeuner. Il n'y avait plus de pancake à 9h.
