Breakfast was great and the room was perfect, but it was your staff that exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone was so friendly!

This is kind of silly, but I have a very sensitive nose. The hotel has a very strong herbal smell in the reception area. Also, when coming out of our rooms on the third floor - there was a very strong perfume type smell. I understand if there is a bad smell that the hotel is trying to cover - but it really was strong. Maybe cut back a bit? Sorry...I told you it was silly...but it really was a strong smell that got to my head a bit.

RIEN ...

pour mon séjour de deux nuits dans cet Hotel : 1/ je n'ai pas pu dormir en raison du bruit permanent de l'ascenseur 2/ tarif incompréhensible pour la 2ème nuit ( presque le double par rapport à la 1ère nuit)
