Au calme Emplacement idéal dans la médina Nous avons été trés bien accueillies par Mustapha qui a été aux petits soins pour nous durant tout notre séjour.

Le petit déjeuneur n a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes : peu de produits proposés. Le pain, les confitures, et le jus d orange sont industriels. Pas de fruits, pas de miel... Une de nos excursions proposée par le ryad n a pas été honorée (probablement oubli). Nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens le jour j.

Accueil sympathique. Situation géographique ,bien qu'impossible à trouver si l'on ne vient pas vous accueillir.

La salle de bain est « limite » propre et complètement « bricolée » avec beaucoup de moisissure à notre arivée il manquait même le pommeau de douche 🤣 Le soit disant petit déjeuner est réduit à sa plus simple expression : pain industriel , confiture de la cantine, pas de fruit. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. La terrasse sert de séchoir à linge. La piscine est limite propre pas envie de rester dedans. Déçu par notre choix que nous avions fait suivant les avis ,nous n'avons soit pas eu de chance soit pas les mêmes critaires de prestations.

El caos de la ciudad,la pesima higiene en general, sobreprecio en las excursiones que contratamos desde el hospedaje. Aparte el transporte en el que nos llevaron. ( un taxi pequeño hacia el desierto rocoso viajando incómodos y acinados con 5 personas mas) sin a/a. Y la excursión decía 1 hora cada actividad y fueron 15 min en cuat. Con personas que no sabían manejar y nos chocaban y 10 en camello porque dos chicas no quisieron subir xq les daba pena, y después .....a hacer tiempo para la cena show. Que estuvo muy bien!

Localização muito central, tudo limpo, a internet funcionava bem, os funcionários eram muito prestáveis, faziam-nos café ao final do dia

We liked the location, the room was spacious and it was nice to have breakfast every morning served for us (though variety was lacking here), the room was cleaned every day and overall cleanliness was decent. Not much more to say other than it was a bed for the night and the location was quite good for access to the medina.

Mustapha although well meaning did not speak a lick of english so this made communication difficult, he did not try to use a translator app or anything to make communications easier. The photos are no longer relevant as everything is now dated and tired, broken fixtures in the bathroom, the room we stayed in had a step that was almost 1ft up into the bathroom so my elderly parents really struggled with this, cannot understand why there is not a stairs built here to allow easy access to the toilet and shower area (health and safety hazard). Tables were wobbly in room, fixtures in bathroom broken or not working correctly, wifi was often turned off. The pool was not clean, water murky and lots of dust and gunk floating on the top the door to our room was so squeaky. All of these issues could be rectified very easily and cheaply but it seems management and the staff are not really bothered. The breakfast is very rudimentary and was the same each day bar one where we were served 1 boiled egg each along with the bread - this could be improved as well. Lots of youths hanging around in the ally in front of the Riad (I assume to steal the wifi). A side note I would not recommend the private taxi from airport - it is half the price to use a normal taxi outside the airport and the riad is not hard to find on your own if you use google maps offline mode - there is a taxi rank around the corner to return to the airport with taxis there 24/7. I will note the taxi was not private on our return paying €25 but sharing with another couple from another hotel seemed a bit of a rip off and left a bad taste.
