Riad DarHome & Pool

Location was perfect, quite alleys away from the hustle and bustle, room and bed was a decent size, bathroom and shower was fine (plenty of toilet roll etc provided), the best part though was the lady who prepared breakfast, she was so nice and welcoming- she didn’t speak much English but google helped with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was great value for money and ideal for our stay in Marrakesh

The doors were a little stiff so hard to lock (the balcony one for example we were unable to lock at all but as it was level 1 knew nobody could get in). Very small point but breakfast could have been different for each day - it was the same for all days inc bread, crepes, ham, Nutella, honey, butter, triangle cheese, jam, marmalade, cake, egg boiled, olives, tea, coffee, orange juice). The amount was allot though but could have been more varied.

le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le ménage dans la chambre a été fait tous les jours ainsi que les serviettes de douche changées quotidiennement. La clim dans la chambre et le wifi ont été de grands atouts pour notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. L’emplacement en centre ville est très pratique, malgré cela le riad reste très calme et reposant car on entends pas le bruit de la ville. Je recommande fortement ce riad !

El Riad no a sido de los mejores pero venir 3 días y pagar solo 150€ tampoco lo veo tan mal.! Seguramente habrán mejores

el desayuno si deja muchísimo que decir, poco, simple y muy básico.! La piscina no se veía muy limpia tampoco. De resto las instalaciones están bien, la cama y el aire acondicionado geniales.! La ducha un horror. Gracias

Very unpleasant experience. The host was rude and did not let us in earlier, even though it was clearly possible. We waited outside in the yard for 2 hours. Everything was broken and messy, and the place smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere. On January 1st we did not receive breakfast. Overall, it was a very disappointing New Year’s evening and morning. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are many truly nice riads, unfortunately this one almost ruined the good reputation of riads. Very bad experience.

Το πρωινό ήταν εντυπωσιακό, γευστικό και πολύ "μαμαδιστικο". Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική! Θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Το μόνο που θα έβαζα στα αρνητικά είναι ότι δεν είχε κάποιο έπιπλο, καρέκλα κτλ να ακουμπήσεις κάτι μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Honestly, very little. The location was acceptable, and some of the staff were polite, but this does not outweigh the serious issues with the room and the misleading nature of the listing.

The accommodation was completely misleading and did not match the room advertised on Booking.com. The listing showed a high-quality, well-presented room, but the room we were given was extremely small, poorly presented, and entirely unsuitable for the price paid. I paid approximately £1,100 for this booking, and it was the worst room I have ever stayed in. I raised this directly with the hotel manager, but no alternative rooms were offered. I also saw other rooms in the same property that were of a much higher standard, which made the situation even more unacceptable. Due to the poor conditions, my wife and I could only stay 4 nights out of the 10 booked and had to find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay. I have clear photographic evidence of the room and the discrepancies between the listing and reality. This was our honeymoon and our first holiday together since my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. The experience was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable.

Chambre trop étroite

Struttura vicino alla Medina, in una posizione tranquilla. Le camere sono pulite e la colazione é abbondante. Inoltre i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

La nostra camera nonostante fosse ben arredata a prima vista, sarebbe a mio avviso da sistemare/ristrutturare. Senza doppi vetri entrava un sacco di umidità e il bagno aveva il wc che traballava, il mobiletto rotto, doccia che si allagava. Inoltre per accedervi c’era un gradino davvero alto, per niente comodo. Non oso pensare se qualcuno avesse avuto dei problemi motori, come avrebbe fatto ad andare in bagno. La colazione si faceva tutti attorno a un unico tavolo, permettendo agli ospiti di fumare dentro la stanza, un odore di fumo già di prima mattina.
