Difficile de trouver le riad

The people are very nice and try to help you. the rooms are clean and cozy ! Breakfast delicious…very close to the Souks and easy to get around!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce riad. L’accueil a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. Le riad est encore plus beau que sur les photos, décoré avec goût, propre et très calme. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et le petit-déjeuner, servi chaque était délicieux et très copieux. Mention spéciale pour l’ambiance chaleureuse et l’atmosphère authentique qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Un séjour plus que bien, au-delà de nos attentes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons ce riad à 100 % !

El alojamiento es precioso. Las zonas de descanso que tiene son amplias, cómodas y muy bonitas.

El colchón estaba hundido y era algo incómodo para dormir.

Location

I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience at this riad. During my stay, money was stolen directly from my passport, which I kept inside my clothes in the wardrobe. This means someone went through my personal belongings, including my underwear, and took foreign currency that I kept hidden for safety. This was absolutely shocking and unacceptable. What made the situation even worse is that this happened on my birthday. I had been waiting for this trip for a year, and instead of enjoying my day, I ended up dealing with theft, stress, and fear that someone had gone through my things — including my passport. On our last day, the cleaning situation was also completely different from the previous days. There was a different housekeeper, not the one who previously cleaned our room, and the room was left in terrible condition: - the entire bathroom was covered in hair (we are both blondes, and the hair was black), - the towels had hair on them, - the bath mat wasn’t changed and was completely wet After discovering the theft and the state of the room, I no longer felt safe staying there. This experience ruined the end of my trip and completely ruined my birthday.

Riad VIP was an excellent property, and they looked after me very well. Thank you Amine
