Apart of York - Walmgate

Excellent stay in superb location, making walking into the city centre very easy. Andrea and Felix had thought of everything and the apartment was very well appointed. A nice touch was the welcome board. Can’t fault anything. Would gladly stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful. Immaculate and homely. It’s the little things that make the difference. The attention to detail.A little bowl with lid for the butter, when away for a few days you don’t need a lot and this was delightful. Bedroom was lovely and the shower was delightful very good.

There was nothing to dislike.

The apartment was an ideal base for our York trip, in a fantastic location about 5 minutes walk into the centre of the city. It felt as though we had all the convenience of the city at our doorstep without having to compromise on noise levels or any kind of rowdiness. The decor within the apartment was up to date, clean and high quality - the finishing touches, such as complimentary milk, crisps and biscuits were a lovely touch and helped to really make us feel at home. The apartment has large bedrooms and huge beds, which were extremely comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Genuinely one of the best stays I've had in an apartment like this. We particularly loved the bathroom; the shower is huge and felt very luxurious. Fabulous facilities and an all-round amazing stay, I would definitely stay again!

I liked everything! The location was fantastic, and the property exceeded expectations. So many little details that were provided, the host thought of everything. The host provided very clear information and direction. I hope I get to stay here again.

Everything had been thought of. It was easy to find and perfectly located for touring the city. Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the busy road it's on. Would definitely recommend it and more than likely book again.

Everything was great! Amazing location, less than a 10 minute walk to the Shambles with great cafes and bars in between! Super clean and tidy. The layout was perfect and the welcome package was very well received. The hosts were really helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.

Nothing really, one Very VERY minor thing, another full length mirror would be good, just to help with that final check before leaving the apartment.

The apartment was absolutely pristine. Could not have asked for more. Beds were so comfortable, the whole place was so clean and the location was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and if we ever return to York, we would definitely look to rebook.

La ubicación es simplemente ideal para visitar York a pie. El apartamento está cuidado hasta el último detalle y es comodísimo para dos personas. La cama es muy cómoda, así como todo el dormitorio. Por la noche no hay ni un ruido. Tanto el baño como la cocina están muy bien equipados. El acceso es muy cómodo, porque el apartamento está en la planta baja.

Todo estuvo excelente. Como única pequeña pega, la hora de salida, las 10AM, es un poco pronto y te obliga a madrugar es último día.

Apartamento perfectamente ubicado ,muy céntrico y fácil de localizar . Perfectamente limpio.Con muchos detalles que te hacen la estancia muy agradable .

Everything. Andrea the hostess had been communicating and sending us information prior to our arrival. Very easy checking process. After a long few months in Europe it’s so nice to feel at home away from home. The personal welcoming message and complimentary breakfast is very much appreciated. The apartment is well equipped and the bedding is so comfortable. We really had a well earned relaxing time in York and thanks Andrea and Felix for making our first time a very special one.
