It’s centrally located and bus stops a few meters from the property. The place was nice , clean and complete. It was also near the restaurants and bars yet it wasn’t noisy at night.

We had an excellent stay and would happily stay here again. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. Having a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a water dispenser providing both hot and cold water was incredibly convenient and helped us save both time and money. There were also plenty of towels for both the body and face. The host was extremely friendly, organized, and professional. He responded quickly to our messages at any time and was always willing to help when needed. We truly appreciated his kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay. Having two separate bedrooms was a huge advantage for our family. There was also a sofa bed for our daughter and a comfortable living room where we could relax, plan our days, and spend time together. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during warmer days. What impressed us most was how incredibly well equipped the apartment was. The host had thought of absolutely everything: umbrellas, slippers, hair dryer, iron, drying rack, hangers, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, and many other useful items. We have rarely stayed in an apartment that was so thoughtfully prepared and lacking nothing. The apartment was also very quiet. We slept very well and were pleasantly surprised that we could not hear any noise from the nearby bars and pubs. The location was very convenient, with convenience stores all around, many of them open early and late. There was a bus stop right next to the apartment, and the metro was about a 20-minute walk to Noksapyeong Station or around 10 minutes to Itaewon Station. We personally preferred walking to Noksapyeong because the steep hill leading to Itaewon was difficult with a stroller and a young child. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this apartment.

One thing to keep in mind is that accessing the apartment requires walking up a fairly steep hill and then going down a few steps. This may be challenging for some travelers, especially those with heavy luggage, strollers, or mobility issues. The apartment is not one of the units with large windows or a balcony. It feels more like a lower-ground-floor unit or annex rather than a typical apartment, although it is not a basement. There are a few small windows that provide natural light, but guests who are claustrophobic or who prefer bright, open spaces may want to choose one of the apartments with larger windows or a balcony instead. For us, however, this was not a problem at all. We stayed for 12 days, spent most of our time exploring Seoul, and usually returned late in the evening tired from our activities. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and perfectly suited to our needs.

Rendkívül jó környéken van, sétával sok helyre el lehet jutni ami nagyobb turista látványosság. Egyik fő utcában van, mely tele van éttermekkel, boltokkal és a közelben több szórakozóhely is található. A nemzetközi bulizni vágyó turistáknak a legmegfelelőbb környéken található!

Furcsának tűnhet az elhelyezkedés elsőre, de nagyon is biztonságos és jó környéken található. Kilátás nincs a szobából, aki ezt keresi, annak nem ajánlatos.

整體空間算大，該有的都有，休息時間算安靜，和朋友短住幾天還可以，外面街道很熱鬧很多外國風格小酒吧、餐廳

馬桶底座已經分離，坐馬桶會左右搖晃很怕被壓到受傷，房間門很卡很難關， 整潔度普通，需要爬坡，離最近的地鐵站要走至少十分鐘的坡，完全都直接叫車

It was a pleasure meeting Joe and his lovely golden retriever. He is a very nice and helpful person. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. One bed was hard and another one was soft so both choices are covered, this is an excellent situation for thise who prefer a certain type of beds.

Отличные апартаменты для комфортного проживания. Все чисто, кровати удобные, свободного места много. Расположение практически в центре, до мендона и хондэ - рукой подать. Практически в любые места мы ездили отсюда на одном - двух автобусах. Рядом куча мест, где можно поесть, ценник немного завышен, тк место туристическое, но можно зайти в заведение с кимпабами - они тут здоровенные и недорогие. Много магазинчик, где тоже можно взять еду и напитки. Холмистая местность - не больше, чем Сеул в целом. Хозяин очень приятный и вежливый, в последний день пришёл к нам со своими милыми собаками и подарил сувениры. За свои деньги - это потрясающее жилье!

Это цокольный этаж, поэтому в квартире - в районе душевой - будет немного сыровато. Но в номере есть осушитель, да и в целом это мелочь. Просто на всякий случай говорю, вдруг для кого-то это важно. Зато спать тут прекрасно из-за тотальной темноты. И ещё раз: цена - качество просто супер! ❤️

The location was very happening type. Live during night. But property is so located. one can isolate themselves if do not wish to get disturbed.
