Коли приїхали, наше бронювання скасували перед дверима, ми були о 10 вечора та були цілу ніч без житла, нікому не рекомендую цей ужасний готель

La vicinanza al centro (10 min a piedi)

Accoglienza (check in non puntuale, molto dopo l’orario prestabilito) e in generale la pulizia

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! UNRELIABLE host!!! He canceled the reservation at the day we have to check in knowing we had a 1- year baby. He didn't answer to the phone calls. We were forced to booked an alternative place to ensure our baby had a safe place to stay. Abosolutely unacceptable to leave us on the street with baby on hand. Do not risk booking this place.

I never made it to the Apartment. I booked for 2nights, but due to a Double Booking, the evening itself I couldn’t reach to my apartment. Even within the check-in time slot, nobody was reacting on phone or messages. As nobody was reacting, I had to find a hotel during the evening in a city I came for the first time. I was promised I would be reimbursed (couldn’t check till now) and for the second night I was proposed stay at the apartment, but provided the experience and the price not being compensated, I was reluctant to do so. From other feedback I checked before booking, I think the apartment is great, but the experience I had was horrible with the fact I had to look for accommodation around midnight and lost my Friday evening in Bucharest for sure!
