The Corner Luxe Apartment

Good location for visiting old town ect, Apartament is spaceous. Good rare balcony with table.

The apartment is noisy, especially early in the morning due to nearby tram noise and poor soundproofing. Poor light control – there are no proper blinds or dark curtains, and a street lamp shines directly into the living room. It’s bright at night that you basically need something covering your eyes to be able to sleep. Bathroom drainage was terrible (close to none)– the water wouldn’t flow at all, turning the bathroom into something like a pool and making it almost unusable. Saw a comment from 25th of March, caliming the same, 16 days and more noboday bothered to fix this. In the second apartment (for the other family), there was a strong, unpleasant smell from a wall leak, which made the stay uncomfortable. Its bad for the host as the apartment is nice but need some very little effort people to be pleasant for the stay.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καινούριο πολύ καθαρό και σε τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Το ντος δεν είχε κάτι για να σταματήσει το νερό οι σωλήνες προφανώς ήταν βουλωμενοι με αποτέλεσμα 5 μέρες το μπάνιο ήταν σπο ανύπαρκτο έως άθλος

El alojamiento está muy cerca de todos los puntos turísticos de la ciudad, lo que hace que resulte cómodo desplazarse a pie. Por cierto, la ciudad es preciosa. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Baño espacioso con productos de higiene gratuitos. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Múltiples enchufes repartidos por todo el domicilio.

Se podría mejorar la limpieza, encontramos algunas pelusas debajo del sofá y una cucaracha en el salón. Echamos en falta un espejo de cuerpo entero.

The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and stylish. However, we had a major issue with the bathroom drain; the water wouldn't flow at all, literally turning the bathroom into a pool. The host apologized and promised that someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up or even followed up with us. In the end, we had to fix the drain ourselves, which was quite disappointing and unprofessional. Great place, but the lack of communication regarding the repair was a real letdown."
