Please note that children aged between 4 and 16 years can only access the spa and pool facilities between 07.00 and 09.00 in the morning and 16.30 to 18.00 in the afternoon. Unfortunately children under the age of 4 years of age are not permitted to use the spa or pool facilities at any time. There is capacity for extra beds in some rooms, charges may apply. Pets are only permitted in some rooms on request, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival for more information. Charges are applicable. There is a charge of GBP 25.00 per person, per day for guests wishing to use the Elan Spa facilities (treatments not included). This will be valid for use between the stated arrival time of 15:00 and departure time of 11:00. Must be booked in advance and will be subject to availability. A deposit may be required at the property.

Beautiful building and rooms with a lot of attention to detail. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice location to explore the Cotswolds. The Spa facility was good - wasn’t too crowded- and good choice of facilities.

Some of the spa facilities could do with some TLC - due to wear and tear.

Fantastic service from all of the staff, especially Amy and Coleen. Beautiful room. The spa was amazing. Breakfast great.

The evening meal was a bit disappointing. Some of the portions were small for the price.

Prachtige kamer met fantastisch uitzicht. Diner was zeer goed. Ontbijt ook. Verder top. De wellness is fantastisch en de meiden die daar werken ook!

Personeel zou wat opmerkzamer moeten zijn bij het ontbijt. Brengen ontbijt maar komen daarna niet meer vragen of alles oke is mbt meer koffie, toast ed, vervelend als je zelf er achteraan moet lopen. Kleinigheden maar bij dit nivo hoort dat zo.
