Please note that children aged between 4 and 16 years can only access the spa and pool facilities between 07.00 and 09.00 in the morning and 16.30 to 18.00 in the afternoon. Unfortunately children under the age of 4 years of age are not permitted to use the spa or pool facilities at any time. There is capacity for extra beds in some rooms, charges may apply. Pets are only permitted in some rooms on request, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival for more information. Charges are applicable. There is a charge of GBP 25.00 per person, per day for guests wishing to use the Elan Spa facilities (treatments not included). This will be valid for use between the stated arrival time of 15:00 and departure time of 11:00. Must be booked in advance and will be subject to availability. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location is excellent for dog walking which is the main reason I choose this hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Having to book a time slot to use the pool. I hadn’t realised it would be so busy and therefore didn’t get the opportunity to use the facilities. There are not enough vegetarian options on the main dinner menu. We chose to eat out on the second evening so we had some variety.

this hotel it is outstanding. room was classic one , very nicely and tastefully decorated. Spa is nice and very well organized the hotel decoration is superlative Staff are welcoming and helpful. we have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Food quality and services are five stars.

Nothing. just an annotation : I have asked to be provided with a new pair of disposable slipper as the one originally provided were wet (I have used them in the spa) I have been told that they have not other available .....

A wonderful hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The spa was absolutely amazing, and the breakfasts were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.
