Comfortable room, outside seating area, very helpful staff, very central venue.

Problems with shower - the seal had gone on shower and water was pouring down hose instead of coming out of the shower.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. No designated off road parking however, the staff kindly let me park at the top of the beer garden, which there was access to via a large gate behind the pub. The staff were also quick to respond to communication via the booking.com app.

The WiFi was a bit patchy in the room.

There was no hot water for a wash or shower on my second day. I informed a member of staff when checking out and she agreed to pass it on.

The room was nice enough.

Misleading name for the hotel, it’s a pub, and a very loud one at that, we booked last minute as a stop over on the way home as we were both very tired but the loud music was still going past 23.00. The balcony mentioned on the advert is a communal area so we were unable to open the windows on a hot night as people were by the windows making it even more noise. The icing on the cake was no hot water in the morning.

Nice room, kind people

Around 1.30 at night a bunch of other guests came in and the kept us awake till 5 in the morning. Despite our request to keep it down a bit. Very annoying
