Good location

I’ve stayed there four times over recent years and it’s starting look a bit tired. Issues that need addressing. Room 4 shower door sticking no plug in the sink.

I had booked a twin room in error but the staff were very friendly and helpful letting me change the room to a double with no issues at all, they were amazing. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, I would definitely stay again.

My only issue with the room was that there was a green light on the sign above the door that was quite bright and interrupted sleep a little.

The staff, especially Kelly, were very friendly and welcoming

I understand it's a pub and a Saturday night but the noise was too much and lots of noise outside, light coming in through the blinds and curtains made it very hard to sleep.

The Beds were comfortable and the room was large.

It was very noisy what with it being above a pub, which had live music on the Friday (it did finish at 11pm) and having another pub opposite. Whoever lives above the hotel, were also noisy when arriving home at 12:30am and friends leaving at 2:30am. Not ideal for families or if you need to sleep early. A suggestion you could put a small fridge in the rooms and glasses for people to drink from.
