Lovely house - clean, warm, modern and comfortable and a fantastic location next to Cleethorpes promenade. Would definitely return ... and have also recommended it to friends who travel to visit family like we do. The host was very helpful throughout. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Bed mattresses were a bit spongey which means when your partner moves, you move. There are only 4 plates and limited cutlery - we invited my father and his partner over for New Years Day lunch and they had to bring their own plates and cutlery. Very minor gripes from our stay.

Lovely house with garden. Excellent spot at the prettier end of beach near boating pond and still only short walk to the centre/ amusements.
