Cleethorpes - 2 Bedroom Beach House

- Easy communication with the host regarding booking and access to the property, we had no issues during our stay but I’m sure Jo would have gone out of her way to assist if we needed anything. - Great location by seafront and free on street parking in front of property. - Little extras provided like tea/coffee/milk etc, toiletries, towels were very useful. - Loved the calm, homely feel to property. Beautifully renovated and decorated. - The security lights at front door were very welcoming at night and made us feel safe.

There was nothing that we disliked ☺️ The following are just suggestions that we feel could make a stay even better: - Drawer space in the bedrooms (especially for longer stays) - Plug in the bath was difficult to remove (had to gently lever out with a knife which could cause damage to plug over time). - A doormat inside the internal front door would be good for wet shoes.

That we got at last minute after our campervan trip went wrong due to breaking down and was only £10 dearer than a single room in a hotel. Everything about it was great, perfect location, beautifully kept house nice shared garden area. Arriving to 2 litre of milk and a bottle of water each was a touching thought too. Would certainly go again.

Not didnt like anything more if a matter of a wear and tear the toilets seats were loose upstairs being the worse not a single thing else to fault.

Boiler was bit noisy

close to the beach very clean

poor tv reception , noisy faulty heating boiler ,very bad for parking ,require blind at rear door , obnoxious noisy neighbours

Excellent location so close to the beach, very comfortable beds and living area.

Beautifully decorated with lots of space.
