Lovely 2 bed apartment with hot tub log burner and off street parking

We loved the hot tub and found the flat clean and well appointed. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch.

Hot tub was fantastic, everything was very clean and comfy.

I booked this for my elderly brother who lives in Dumfries town centre as the perfect home from home while his house was being decorated. It is in a great location, it is well presented and spotlessly clean. The host kept in touch and we were delighted with our experience overall. We hope to stay here again for the next and final phase of the decorating. The hot tub was a welcome treat during what was a working holiday for my husband and myself. Pub across the road and local shops within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

There was condensation in the bathroom which ran from the windowsill and had the floor around the toilet constantly wet. The plug in the wash hand basin wasn't working.

2 x double rooms, close to a pub, and the hot tub was great.

Spotless apartment, fantastic hot tub, decent size space, friendly host who is available to message if needed and replies quickly.

Flat was decorated in a lovely way and was very cosy and comfortable with mostly great facilities.

Only a few smalls things, toilet door doesn't lock and the flat could really benefit from a table since there is a full kitchen but no where to eat the food.
