MBA COSY 4 bedroom house

Loads of the takeaway restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The staff was keen to help and kind when I texted or called. We visited Harry Porter it took 13 minutes from the house.

Parking area was narrow and quite packed. Hard to find a spot and I had to pay £8 for the parking space. It was not easy for me to adjust the temperature of the shower. Toilet seat was wobbly.

Location to Harry Potter world, 4 bedrooms , quiet location, parking pass, comfy furniture,friendly neighbourhood

Crockery was dirty, not enough if it was full - odd glasses and mugs. Back garden not clean, sleeps 8 only 4 dining chairs. Tv was not easy to get channels on .

Very Clean

Lovely big house with nice modern bathrooms and plenty of space for eating and storing food All very clean ! Took a while to work TV out as it steams from the internet BBC1Player/ ITVX Easy access through a key safe which was convenient. Very convenient for Watford Junction Station and most likely to get into London. Super convenient for food as many takeaways near by.

Slept well except for blinds not fitting windows very well (especially in downstairs bedroom ) *has been mentioned in other reviews. Light woke me up around 5am. Sofa is very hard and not really very comfortable Dishwasher wasn’t working still *again mentioned in previous reviews Shame more isn’t made of the rear garden as it’s in poor condition with many rubbish bags and cigarette ends They were strict on check in times but when it came to check out times ( 11am ) someone entered the house wanting to clean at 10.45 which we thought was a little rude. They did apologise but I think there isn’t an excuse for that

that the Property was clean and the host was helpful the Property was clearly sign posted which was helpful

I didnt like that the host contacted less than 24hrs before checking to request £120 security deposit. This should be stipulated on the website Although the place was very clean specifically the kitchen and bedrooms, some rooms smelt quiet musty and limited hand-wash available in bathrooms. Also bath matts placed in bedrooms.

Booked the place for my sister’s family as a treat. Had great communication with hosts throughout. They said they loved everything about the place!

Good location near to HP Studios. Shops close by as well. Was clean. Meet the cleaning lady who was lovely.

The stairs are step for young children and two of the showers ran boiling hot only. However I'm sure they will look at this. Only stayed the one night so only found out in the morning.

property was very comfortable and felt like home, area was nice and had many places to eat, shop etc. Owner was nice and fixed any issues would definetly stay again
