Cassandra was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. My only complaint was the smell of cat pee in the hallway and the cleaners used to cover up the smell. Other than that it was a nice home away from home.

I booked a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke so badly I couldn’t breathe. I think no matter what room you’re in it’ll smell like smoke. The whole building is run down and out of date. I couldn’t shower because it was broken and no water came out besides in the sink. I had to buy air sanitizer and febreeze and that’s the only way I was able to last a night. I guess you get what you pay for because it was cheap but still unacceptable. Staff was mostly nice. Doesn’t feel like a safe area and the people are loud.

Kk is amazing, per usual. Makes you feel at home away from home. Very accommodating. They even give out snacks and bottled water for guest. Great person. Stay here!

Nothing wrong with the room itself, but hot water did not work in the bath/shower.

The service was good and the room and common areas looked clean, despite being a bit worn from age. I would have been entirely satisfied, except for the smell. Despite the entire building appearing to be smoke-free, it's still smelled like stale weed. I was a little congested when I arrived, but there was also an underlying smell of sewage that made things a bit uncomfortable. Hopefully this is just a temporary issue
