Unfortunately I can’t write nothing what I like.Can’t wait to get away from that apartment.

I have to be honest with my review and being honest I have to say my family and I were very disappointed. The host didn’t inform us that there is a power limit when using appliances. We had to go to the basement 2 times to reset the power at 21:00. The host then replied that this happens a lot if we overload the power with multiple appliances on. When Infact we only had the washing machine on and the dishwasher. We then switched everything off and used just one appliance for the power to go off again. This scared our kids and we were without electricity until we had to go to the basement again to reset the power. The host then replied that the building was very old and this happens and can’t be changed unless the building undergoes major maintenance. (prior notice would have been appropriated) The internet was very slow and had to use our mobile data for the simplest of things. We were promised an iron the next morning before 10:00 and waited until 10:45. This affected our plans to explore the city, as we were supposed to be on holiday. Communication with the host was poor and had to wait over 20 minutes for the host to give us instructions on where to find the keys to the apartment. people who look at the ratings also need look at this review. The sofa bed was used by our 11 year old daughter’s and had metal rods sticking out causing pain and bruises. If I was being generous I would still only give this place and host 5/10. We suggest the host takes this in to consideration to improve future guest experiences.

Un appartamento ampio, bellissimo e pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario: lavatrice, macchina del caffè e molto altro. Zona tranquilla, vicini tranquilli. Lo consiglio vivamente.
