Star House - Bari Centro

3 szobában 6 fő kényelmesen elfér, a matracok nagyon kényelmesek voltak. Nem messze van a központi pályaudvar, kis séta a belváros és az óváros. Az apartmanba a bejutás önállóan és könnyen ment, mindennel felszerelt és nagyon tiszta. A szállásadó kommunikatív és segítőkész volt.

Nem volt ilyen.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry rozkład pokoi, duży i przestronny apartament. Klimatyzacja z każdym pomieszczeniu, dodatkowo okiennice i mositiery.

Czysto tylko pozornie, problem z mrowkami w całym apartamencie, ewidentnie od dawna, pod zlewem preparat na mrówki. Taras na zdjęciu jest tylko złudzeniem. Odkurzacz pozostawiony do dyspozycji gości brudny, zatkany, tak samo musieliśmy czyścić filtry w pralce i suszarce

Spora przestrzeń, duże pokoje. Pralka, suszarka, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów. Niezła lokalizacja, spacerkiem blisko dworca.

Ogromny grzyb i pleśń w mieszkaniu, mimo że nie mamy problemów zdrowotnych z astmą itp to każdy z 6 osobowej rodziny dostał kaszlu i kataru, na ścianach zamalowany grzyb, niedopuszczalne zwłaszcza przy cenie wynajmu 7tys tydzień. W kuchni na 6 osób - 2 szklanki, dwa kubki - zgłoszone zostało to od razu i na 2 dzień uzupełnili braki, brak kieliszków do wina - we Włoszech tym bardziej niedopuszczalne :D nie można nic zostawić na blacie, bo atakują mrówki !! W pokojach również, był płyn do usuwania insektów więc nie jest to jednorazowy przypadek. Wyliczony papier toaletowy - na 6 osób, 7 dni - 6 małych rolek. Brak ekspresu do kawy, jest kawiarka - kawę trzeba sobie kupić.

The good: Spacious apartment Walking distance to city center and train station

The bad: As soon as we entered the apartment the mold smell hit us, the was mold on the walls. Some was apparently cleaned at some point, but it was clearly still inside the walls. The cleanliness was not it's suit as there were hair in the clean towels, dirt on the floor etc. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was really used up, it felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The bed was also really squeaky, and it goes the same for the door. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen. I am not a big person - 1.72m and 74kg and I had trouble fitting in. I could get inside but it was hard to move without hitting the faucet and changing the water or switching to the tall shower and getting your hair wet. My friends are taller and bigger and it was terrible for them. There were ants in the kitchen and they got into everything in a couple of minutes after leaving it on any surface. Walking to the city center took us to a very weird neighborhood the first 2 days where there were many immigrants (no ethnic judgement here) that were just sitting in the walkways everywhere and it was hard to walk besides them or pass through their groups. Then we found a different route. TL;DR Just avoid this place.

Un appartement spacieux bien placé et calme et extrêmement confortable ( une literie parfaite, une climatisation pour chaque pièce et tout le confort moderne) et tout proche de l’aéroport en train (3 stations)

Апартаментът е мръсен. Сградата и самата стена на апартамента се ремонтират и от 6,00 всяка сутрин започва силен шум, при което не може да се спи. Няма елементарни удобства и консумативи.

Great stay with the kids close to the train station! Walk from the center but we didn’t mind clean. Apartment with a lot of space

• The apartment with modern design. • Spacious layout with two large rooms, one smaller room, big kitchen an one bathroom combined with toilet. • New kitchen furniture.

• The flat is on the ground floor of an older building and suffers from significant humidity issues in the walls, leading to mold. • The worst affected area is the large room next to the bathroom. If you suffer from allergies or asthma, you should definitely avoid this flat. Even if you don't have health issues, the dampness and mold make for a very unpleasant stay. • The very limited supply of dishes and kitchen utensils. • The behavior of the owner/manager was very formal and, at times, inappropriate. There were many strict instructions.
