Brand new Flat 5 with Free Parking and fast WIFI

The flat was very clean.

Good sized self catering room with all the necessary facilities and very clean and tidy

It was a handy location for the university campus ( which is why we selected this) and it looked like most other residents were long term student rentees It’s a 20 min walk into the centre of the city for those with tourist intent

A lovely property very clean had everything you would need. Would definitely stay there again I’ve been to lots of places but this was one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Great compact apartment, with everything you could need and more. Walking distance to York city centre.

Parking restrictions within the property were not advertised at time of booking, but there’s plenty of parking on the street, so no drama.

The apartment was new, clean and comfortable. It was close to the centre of York (approx one mile from the centre) and there are nearby supermarkets. The owner, Alfredo, was helpful and responded promptly to questions. The online video and pre-visit information provided was useful.

Although parking was free, it was on the street and not within view of the apartment; the designated parking area was only for loading. Large dining plates would have been helpful. We had some difficulty in operating the secure key box, but Alfredo was able to help.

The apartment has such a high spec it was incredible, everything you could need for your trip. Location was brilliant for an easy stroll into York and close enough to have a cheap Uber home after a long day out. The apartment was stunning and Alfredo was just a txt or phone call away if needed would definitely look at staying here again 100%

Car park was only available to homeowners. Would of felt so much at ease if we could of left the car at the property instead of on the main road . But wouldn't stop us booking again
