Brand new Flat 5 with Free Parking and fast WIFI

A lovely, new house which was both comfortable and immaculately clean. An easy walk into town and local shops nearby. We loved the personal touches around the house and attention to detail. Would highly recommend for a stay in York.

Brand new, very clean flat with everything we needed and more. Part of a block of 40+ one-bedroom flats, building finalized June 2024, and only a few flats rented out yet. Very easy check-in, wifi worked a treat, great shower, fluffy towels, comfy bed. we couldnt get the telly to work, but no doubt we are too old for that stuff. Quiet surroundings, we could sleep with the window open every night. Parking no problem, and while we were told area is not the greatest, we found it quiet and safe. No restaurants around admittingly, but shops and hey, we had a great kitchen! would def stay again.

I liked the location of the property. It is within 25-30 minutes walk from the city centre. The host sent us good information and a video on how to obtain the key. The host also promptly responded to our questions. The accommodation was just as described and pictured on the website. It was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and our visit to York very much.

The flat is well located for buses into the city centre and for groceries and takeaways. It had everything we needed for our stay and, being a brand new flat, everything was in immaculate condition. Alfredo was available and very helpful when we asked for advice

Lovely homely flat. Quiet and ideal location. Not far to walk into the city center along the path, St Nicholoas fields lovely and tons of brambles. Ideal for a base too for local attractions. Had loads we didn't expect tea, washing up stuff, shower gel, it's the little things

A new and well facilitated apartment complete with washer dryer. Very clean and comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. Ten minutes to local bus stop and fifteen minutes into the tourist hot spots. Highly recommended.
